Image SEO

The plugin “Image SEO” simply highlights the missing or empty alt and caption from the post images. Additionally, it also checks the missing SEO focus keywords from the image alt tag.

Now, The support is added for the Gutenberg editor from Image SEO sidebar.

While writing an article I notice that the images play a most important role in articles. They should well optimized, compressed. But, What additionally the missing alt and the caption fields.

The alt and caption plays a most important role in SEO. They must be filled with the some relative text.

So, I have create a plugin Image SEO which do the same.

Let’s see how it works with some examples.

Images in the article is recommended. But, Suppose you have an article with no images then you can see the screen something like below.

Lets take a look how it works with the article which contain the images.

If article contain any images then it show the images with there missing alt and caption tags.

In post edit screen, you can see something like below screenshot:

Here, We can see there are 2 images in the article.

The alt and caption both are missing from both of the images.

Now, Let’s fill the missing caption tag.

Now, After filling alt and caption tag from both of the images you can see the status as All good.

The yoast is one of the popular SEO plugin in WordPress. Let’s see how it works with the Yoast SEO plugin.

In the first step we need to add the focus keyword to the the post.

Here, I have added the focus keyword lorem ipsum for example.

Here, You ca see the focus keyword is available into the list.

Also, Note that the images are highlighted with orange color because of these should contain at least one SEO keyword.
